What does Feng Shui say about your office?
Feng Shui Tips for Offices
Working in a place where you feel comfortable not only matters for feng shui but for working psychology and performance as well.
Here are some basic feng shui tips for your office or working area at home, though to the point advice can only be given after a detailed analysis.
- When you are seated, you back should not be facing the door. This position will cause energy disturbance to your body.
- Your back facing to a wall is the strongest position to be seated.
- No shelves are accepted above the working area nor the beams. Let the above be free and open.
- The head of a desk lamb is preferred flexible, and the light must be soft, not disturbing your eyes.
- Day light in your office is the best to have while working hours.
- Your back facing the windows again can cause disturbance as the light directly hit your body.
- Your loved paintings and graphics can be hanged on the wall, at your back, and tiny cactuses and crystals can be placed on your desk.
- Another basic rule is to work in an area which is tidy and easy to move. Wires and cables around are the first things to get rid of – tide them under your desk or the floor.
